Its glacier-textured white-to-ice-blue dial recalls Antarctic seascapes and sits inside a 42.7 mm stainless-steel case with super-hard coating and the signature 4 o’clock crown for superb comfort. A curved sapphire crystal, unidirectional bezel and generously applied Lumibrite ensure clarity and durability above or below the waves. Inside, Seiko’s in-house 6R35 automatic calibre delivers a 70-hour power reserve, hacking, hand-winding and 200 m water resistance, making this special edition as capable as it is evocative.
